What is your return policy?
The Haus of Yavarr offers free return shipping. Items must be returned unused and undamanged for a full refund.
If your item was damaged in transit, please provide photos, we will replace your product upon verification of damage, free of charge.

When will I receive my goods?
The Haus of Yavarr sends all packages via USPS First Class, estimated shipping time is 2-3 days.
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 pre-tax. Join our Muladhara Monthly Membership loyalty program for $5 flat rate shipping on all monthly shipments.
Do you offer gift cards?
We proudly offer eGift cards on our site. The value loaded never expires and can be redeemed at any time. For eGift cards that now have a balance under $10, you can contact Haus Help to redeem for cash. We also accept Visa gift cards as a form of payment.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, debit and Visa gift cards. For custom orders, please contact Haus Help and we can discuss additional payment options (ie: Venmo, Zelle, Square) and local delivery within Marin County.
Why does my item differ from the appearance in the photo?
Each product is hand-crafted so there may be variation in final color and design. The primary crystals and essential oils listed will be the same.
Why do my crystals disappear into my candle?
As your wax melts and loosens, your crystals will naturally sink and deepen into the candle. Set your intentions at each lighting and retrieve your crystals once the candle melts down, now fully-charged by your intentional energies.
Will these products cure my ailments?
While we here at the Haus wholly attest to the healing powers of our chakra-cleansing collections, the information on this site is for holistic educational purposes and is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Where can I find the full ingredients?
